St Ann’s Living is located in the scenic suburb of Old Beach which is situated on the eastern shore of the Derwent River about 15 minutes from CBD Hobart. Old Beach is within the municipality of Brighton, Tasmania.

In addition to a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom self-designed home configurations you can choose from, there is the Community Centre which includes Hair and Beauty Salons plus the Verve Restaurant that is open 7 days a week

• Land Lease is where you own the home but lease the land. One of the reasons that this style of ownership is very popular now is homes at St Ann’s Living we separate the ownership of the land from the ownership of the home. In this way you are not paying for ownership of the land, which frees up money to do other things. When you buy a home at St Ann’s Living’s Land Lease you enter into a secure lease of 10 years plus 4 options for a further 39 years on the land on which your home is situated, and your lease is paid via a site fee each fortnight. The secure lease gives you an exclusive right to occupy the land and to use and enjoy the spectacular facilities.
